Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism

Assist with patient flow, scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes

Support doctors during patient care and adjustments

Educate patients on chiropractic and office procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Handle phone calls and ensure excellent communication with patients

Encourage and help keep patients on track with their care plans
